How to shift your feelings in a hurry:
Here is a quick how to tip for amping up some powerful, positive, and inspiring energy in hurry.
This is also great for clearing out some of the cob webs of writer's block or setting your tone before heading into a meeting.
If you follow these directions precisely, results are guaranteed. You'll either feel great or people will think you've lost your mind. One way or the other, you will get results!
Step one: Sing the following words...
"Here I come to save the day!"
No, you can't just read it...you have to sing it...loud and with feeling. Seriously, come on, you can do it! Belt it out. We all know the little superhero tune from old cartoons. If you aren't alone and can't cut loose, then try humming it, with feeling.
Try again:
"Here I come to save the day!"
Good job.
Step two: Do it again with a your back straight and arms in the air, or better yet, get up!
Repeat this process a few times until you have a big smile on your
face.
Now you are in a more harmonious "feeling" nature of
positive energy. If this didn't work for you, even a little bit, call someone and ask them if you are still alive.
Use this little tool as needed. If others hear you, so what. Maybe they'll think you've got some trick up your sleeve. That's okay. They're right, you do!

Would you like to try a thought experiment?
Great! Let's get started. The invisible widget (cool tool) below in the big blank space is going to help show the effects our thoughts have. Follow these simple instructions, or don't. But either way, have fun.
Imagine that each of the thousands of thoughts that run through your mind every day have their own color, intensity, and pattern of energy. Can you picture that? It might be hard with all of your other thoughts getting in the way, but give it a try.
Next glide your cursor over the large blank space below. As you do, try to relax and let your thoughts wander. Click the left mouse button each time you wish to change the color of the "paint." This will represent a new thought entering your mind.
Use the space bar if you'd like to clear the screen and start again. Try one with your eyes closed if you'd like.
Philosophers and motivational teachers have been sharing the concept of self creation in one form or another for centuries. The longer we dwell on a thought, the more the frequency of it's color fills us with it's energy. It then becomes our vibration.
If we wish to feel better then it is important that we keep our thoughts in harmony with what makes us feel good. The Enlighten Article Directories were created as a free resource of inspiring material. Reading inspiring and informative positive articles helps to keep your mind tuned into positive energy.
What we dwell upon, we become.
