Feng Shui and floorboards?

My house was built in 1600 (ish). It was built as a pressoir and storage place for animal food (and sometimes animals) Im the first inhabitant in 150 years. The walls are all massive, granite and nearly a metre thick.

what is basic fengshui like? imagine a house having a door pointing to a certain direction. using flying stars technique, you can know what kind of energy is in the house – basically where is the good energy and where is the bad energy. each of these energy has their own characteristics. so, you would place the rooms where you stay more at the good energy, while leave the bad to the bathrooms, garage, store room, hallways, etc.

now, if your house is already built, then you need to know what direction to tilt your door, so the good energy can shift inside your home towards to the rooms where you stay more.

there are other techniques out there. but none is written in books, esp in english. there are a couple of good authors who wrote about flying stars (ms. eva wong), and 8 mansions (ms. lillian too); but still these authors failed to mention the secret uses of these methods.
