Buddhists: why the temples and shrines to use a lot of red?
On the way to inner peace, a balance between Yin and Yang, Feng Shui and others, Red is the last color I expect to cover the shrines. Does anyone have any idea?
sorry I'm not Buddhist, but red is the color of nobility and royalty and is widely used in the days before by people of the nobility so that the color is used in many churches and temples, however, is also known as the color of passion and for this reason it took a lot of red religions Western is also the color for the base chakra which is used much more substantive work during meditation, etc. .. not know whether this is related to culture
