Feng Shui mirrors can be used to deflect negative energy (Sha Qi) from away from your home or business. The underlying mechanism is that it may deflect Sha Qi to its source, preventing it from entering the house. Bagua mirrors are used to deflect Sha Qi.

If your intention is to deflect Sha Qi, the Bagua mirror should be placed outside. It is common to see people hanging a Bagua mirror outside their home. Apart from diverting Sha Qi, the Bagua Mirror also leads to harmony and good fortune for the owner. To do this, you can place the Bagua mirror at home, preferably in your living room.
