Feng Shui Sleeping Facing East

Feng Shui Directions?!?!?!?
i am an east person and my KUA/GUA number is 1. when i sleep should i be facing SE or should my head be pointing SE?
for 2010, sleep with your feet (not head) pointing to east, which has 6 in it; 6 is good in fengshui. SE has i think 7 in 2010, 7 is violence/ accident in fengshui
