Feng Shui Rooms Bedroom

Feng shui bedroom??!?

Just moved into a tiny house but the bedroom is quite spacious. Problem is there is only 1 flush wall to the right. The front wall has a window, the left wall has a cove and the wall when you walk in has a door. So the bedroom door opens onto the bottom of the bed. Sounds crazy but I feel like I am sleeping the wrong way round! Can I put the bed at an angle in the far left corner of the room or will this look silly?

fengshui only in the bedroom is useless. why?
1. the whole house needs to have at least 70% good fengshui for you to notice the good effects in your life. the whole house is always considered as 1 unit, the reason for this is that energy that is being distributed throughout the house comes from 1 door – the main front door, which in fengshui is measured (using a compass) to calculate for the energies that exist in the whole house. then you will know where to put your bedroom.
2. even if you have good energy in your bedroom, if the other parts of the house have bad fengshui, then the bad will just negate the good – so you end up with more problems.
3. no person can really create good energy out of bad fengshui. bad fengshui can only be neutralized temporarily with so called remedies. but this is useless esp if you know fengshui, because when the right time comes, then the bad (expenses and accidents) will still happen whether you have the remedies in place or not.
4. put it this way, if your bedroom if located in an area with good energy. then no matter how you arrange the furnitures inside your bedroom, you will still live out a good and auspicious life. (this energy is not something that you can feel nor sensed. it is not the ambience nor the atmosphere by decoration, lighting, color, etc. but the energy is there and it affects your life whether you are aware of it or not) (fengshui just refers to the interactions of these energies inside the house. so energy can either be good or it can be bad.)
5. another important thing with regards to space and fengshui. fengshui depends on chi or energy. this energy occupies space. the smaller the space, the less energy it contains. the bigger your space, the more energy it contains. (this just means that the rich becomes richer and the poor becomes poorer.)

thus, if you really have a small bedroom, the best way is really not to do anything. because your space is just small, this means that it contains less energy. less energy means whether it has good energy or bad energy, it cannot possibly have a significant effect on you. i know it sounds hopeless. but fengshui is more complicated than how you understand it to be. and it is a bedroom which you cannot really do anything. because it must be more yin than yang. so this means that you cannot do anything with this space, but to keep it quiet and without much energy like water or plants (wood in fengshui).

regarding 8 mansions, or the facing of the bed (you might have encountered this method), this does not really attract the energy that you face, but it just makes your mind more sensitive to those issues. for example, based on your birthdate, you can calculate your kua (fengshui term), for example it is a 2 (numbers 1 to 9 are used in fengshui to facilitate calculation and analysis). 2 means earth (there are 3 kinds of earth 2, 5 and 8, each is distinct and unique). with kua 2, this will have a good direction/ location of southwest (stability/ peace of mind), west (health), northwest (love/ relationships), and northeast (success). this does not mean that when the person face the northeast, he/ she will be successful. it just can make the person more focused to financial issues in his/ her life. because the main functions of this method is more complicated to use than what most books talk about.
