Feng Shui Missing Corners

feng shui.. house is missing a corner and a huge tree grows there?
We are about to buy a house with a missing northwest corner, but a Huge tree is in that corner. Is that a good or bad thing? It is a living tree.
the first rule of the world…all living things will die….i would say a bad thing because its only a matter of time until it dies and takes the northwest corner with it….
