Feng Shui information needed?

I am wondering if anyone has taken an initial compass reading to determine the direction of their home and is so which of the readings do you go by to start applying the techniques?

You have to first determine the facing direction of your home. Once you make the reading, you will be able to have the Flying Stars chart (you can use the calculator for easiness). When having the chart, you have to analyze the stars of each sector to determine if there is a need to harmonize them using the elements. You have also to take into account the surroundings, as they can activate a star positively or negatively.
