Feng Shui Head Position

feng shui head position
Feng shui bed placement advise?

I only have two positions for our bed. The first is to put the bed on a wall next to the door, and our toes point to a window. The second is to place the bed diagonally across from the door, but with our heads infront of the window. (This one looks better.) I would like to know which one is better for us, and how do we cure the problem. We have not had good sleep in a long time, so any help would be appreciated.

Never let your bed face (in which your head/feet) point at the door. It is absolutely the worst position you can put your bed in. In chinese customs, this is how the dead are laid out. Additionally, your bedhead should be placed flat against the wall: if your bed is ‘floating’ or doesn’t have a proper back to rest on, it leads to lack of stability in life.

Go with the first solution: put the bed on a wall next to the door. When sleeping, try to make sure the curtains are closed to cover up the window.

Honestly, neither positional layout is considered good, but at least the first solution can remedied.

As for having better sleep:
Don’t have too many reflective objects (mirrors, tv) exposed in your bedroom. The reflective surfaces will stimulate the existing chi, preventing a proper environment for rest and recuperation. Should you have them, try to cover them up with a dark clothe when it’s close to sleeping time.

Hope this info helps :)
