Which flowers are best for different energies?
Is it generally the same rule you use with colors of decarations and candles or do certain flowers have qualities that attract different energy?
I’m planning a garden in front of my home and I’d like to know which flowers are generally recommended to attract good health, financial stability and an overall flow of healing and calm-ness.
(This question is generally directed towards spiritualists, those who utilize feng shui and those into earth-based religions, but if you have a good recommendation (BESIDES the childish atheistic sarcasm and christian bible doomsday verses) please feel free to add your two cents as LONG as they pertain to the question.
I am not sure that it is the color that is the most important aspect of the resonant energies within certain plants. There are several great books out there that list the properties that you desire, by such authors as Scott Cunningham and Paul Beryl. Here is a short list of flowers that resonate with the energies that you desire to draw to you
health:
Anenome, Coriander, fern, geranium, tansy,St Johns wort, Mullein
financial stability:
Basil, Chammomile, honeysuckle, jasmine, iris, vervain, sweet woodruff
Calm:
Gardenia, lavendar, loosestrife (this is a pest weed in some states & you may not be allowed to plant it), morning glory,passionflower, pennyroyal, violet.
