Question on the ferret cage …?

I have a ferret and a cage for a little over 48 hours. I had two in the past that have been taken by a former roommate and the other by an ex-girlfriend. Since this is new (in a pet store about 4 months) is not litter and training is simply a mess with all their food and toys. My box is about 3 meters high and is different levels through ramps .. . . . . . I guess my question is, is it a pseudo-"feng shui" to help you better get used to his cage and make it easier for him to find his litterbox? ehhh … I guess he did not understand exactly what he wanted to ask this, but it the best I have. And I know you have to teach a ferret to use it, but I was waiting for a response as something levels to maintain food / water in which the level of toys, the level of litter on his bed .. . . Thank you for answering my ramblings!

What a young ferret and easy question for you. I always use the lower layer of the toilet area and seems to work better. I cover the bottom of the pan with paper and then I bought three cat litter pans Wal Mart economic changes related to the lower warm and welcoming. The reason is because it makes cleaning very easy because you can get the plates so people every day and clean, the more advantage the interference fit, which tends to keep them in place. Some people spread around the lower bin, but it is very difficult to clean all days. Some use a litter box, and works for them, but my children all share a cage and there's always Somone who wants to redecorate the cage. To teach him to use the potty, leave cake in this regard so that you can tell, it's a bathroom space and that should do the rest. If any mess elsewhere in the cage, clean it immediately and seek a platform available to see that you can easily access the swimming area. I do not use the ramps, but if I use your this type suggest no handrails on the lower layer of the first layer, but only the shelves must be removed easily. I can use a platform on both sides end the first phase (also use a cat litter container attached to one side the cage and full of soft blankets) and place rack in center of level is a step higher so that it can not fall down any platform. (Platform center was not a bed, but leaves a shelf) I can buy tubes of the dryer and plastic tunnels that you can get in any pet store and PIAAC tunnels on the shelves next to a hole for the food source. I can use tunnels to move from platform to platform on the middle shelf and more. I can make a platform on the other side (3 shelves) nearly half of the cage and use the feeding station (I use a large ceramic bowl of food and bottled water, but you can place a container for water here too) with a nice seating area and the other side of the cage. The coat rack has a nest in the center with hammocks and hanging beds to sleep around. In higher education, which joins another Top cage with tunnels and made a kind of platform hammock across the top of the cage should be done in the hammock and climb through the tunnels. The main idea is to make the toilet area and feeding areas separate and easy for them to sleep more than a section that allows them to change dens during the day. Guess the ferret in the wild in the tunnels frequently changing rooms to avoid being caught off guard at all. Mine are free to wander during the day and spend about nine hours in a cage, but every night they spend in the cage looking all around before settling on a bed. The beds are frequently changed every night and eat and use the bath area. That's how my gang hangs and I joined a site with suggestions and photos so you can see another point of view. Patience is underway with huge weasels continue to work on it and succeed. I trained my bed the whole band and I add that rescues come in boxes that they use throughout my house. The secret is to give them a bath or three of each piece and they realize very quickly Good luck, hope you succeed quickly. http://www.bestfriends.org/theanimals/pdfs/ferrets/ferretcagesettingup.pdf
