Which is the best direction to put my bed?
I thought that your feet should never point North (I was told by friends). Now I was doing some research and I read somewhere that your feet should never point South because spirits are atracted.
I also read that is good to sleep with your head facing North to be in armony with magnetic energies coming from the North.
Feng Shui people say that is better to sleep facing East.
I just moved, and the best place for my bed is facing West (due to space problems). And my son bed will be facing South.
Anyay, I am confused.
I used to sleep facing South and I did not like it.

I don’t really know if there is a true way or not but I was always told you need to sleep facing the north wall of the room if you can so i guess your head would face north. my mom is really into that stuff and that is what she say’s. she say’s it helps your energy flow grounds you.
